The average adult sleeps 6-7 hours a night; that’s 42 hours a week.
The average adult works 9 hours a day and if you work 6 days a week, that’s 54 hours a week.
There’s 168 hours in a week. Work and sleep total up to 96 hours a week. So if you are working and sleeping for 96 hours (that’s rounding up), my question to you is what are you doing with the other 72 hours?
