Time is not an excuse

Time really isn’t an excuse.

One of the biggest excuses I hear as a trainer is that “I don’t have time to go to the gym.”  This is the biggest lie out there!!! I’ll show you why…

The average adult sleeps 6-7 hours a night; that’s 42 hours a week.

The average adult works 9 hours a day and if you work 6 days a week, that’s 54 hours a week.

There’s 168 hours in a week.  Work and sleep total up to 96 hours a week. So if you are working and sleeping for 96 hours (that’s rounding up), my question to you is what are you doing with the other 72 hours?

Do you need help finding those 72 hours? Call for a free consultation and together we can get you on the right track!
